UK and Europe pet taxi provided services for us and our 4 pets (1 dog and 3 cats) arriving into France from a long-haul flight and travelling cross-border into the UK. Great communications from start to finish - prompt, clear and responsive to our many questions. They also accommodated last minute changes to our itinerary. Our driver arrived to meet us at the airport as planned and was very helpful in loading our pets and their flight crates, luggage etc into the vehicle. The taxi was a great size for our large family. It was clean, comfortable with excellent space. The driver was kind and helpful making time for necessary comfort breaks and food stops. He was experienced with all the cross border transport (Le Shuttle) and border control checks and assisted with presenting necessary documentation to agents. He also assisted with unloading our pets and luggage at our destination. The UK and Europe Pet Taxi service was the smoothest part of our international relocation. Would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend. The company provide an excellent, tailor made service at a good price. This is the company you should use if you are looking for a taxi service to travel with your pet through the Channel Tunnel.

I flew from Sao Paulo to Paris with my Jack Russell and Usman was there to meet us as soon as we came through customs. We walked straight out of the terminal to the immaculate and spacious car, Jasper had time for a quick sniff and pee and we set off for the Eurotunnel. We stopped once on the drive there to stretch our legs and arrived at the LeShuttle terminal about an hour and a half before our scheduled departure.

En route, Usman checked over Jasper's paperwork to make sure everything was in order and when we arrived at border control and the animal reception center it was obvious how often he and his firm do this trip and how well liked he is from how friendly they were to him.

As far as I am concerned, this is what you pay for. Traveling from Brazil, I was not 100% sure as we departed there that all of the documents were 100% correct. I was sure I had done everything I was supposed to do in terms of the rabies vaccine, serology test, micro-chipping and tapeworm vaccine etc, but I wasn't sure the paperwork we had reflected that in the way that British customs wanted. As it turned out our paperwork was spot on but it was nice to know that we were supported by someone who could help us through the bureaucracy a little if needed.

There are cheaper options but I don't think they come with the professionalism and certainly not the flexibility that Usman and his firm offer.

If I could give more stars I would.
