Refund Policy

If there is any delay from your side or there are any problems with your pet’s paperwork and you have to visit a local vet this will incur extra expenses, not only with the vet but also with the taxi at a rate of £20 per hour. Once you have booked your trip and somehow need to reschedule, then you only have to pay the Eurotunnel ticket price difference if there is any difference. Otherwise, we can change the date without any payment. We will issue a full refund if you need to cancel your trip 24 hours before your travel. After that, you will only get a 50% refund. Eurotunnel tickets are non-refundable, but the date is amendable with the price difference.
