I couldn’t be more grateful for this company! Their customer service is stellar and they’re always quick to respond and help. We used their door-to-door service from CDG to UK to relocate with 2 pets internationally. Spending money on this ride was the absolute best decision I made during this entire relocation process!!! Using this service was the smoothest part of our journey by far, and it was so nice to finally be able to relax while someone drives you for hours and your pets can sit comfortably in the car. Our driver Usman was a total gem; super kind, great communication before/during the ride, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during the entire journey. I would recommend this service to anyone relocating with pets internationally, as it is well worth the money to know you are being taken care of by professionals that do this daily and are completely familiar with crossing the border with pets. An Amazing Journey Bringing Our Second Rescue Cat Home ❤️🐾 Bringing our second rescued cat home from Saudi Arabia was incredibly emotional and exciting, but also quite daunting. There were so many requirements, documents and arrangements involved, and I honestly didn’t know where to begin. That’s when I found UK and Europe Pet Taxi, and from the very beginning, Michelle was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to support me throughout the whole process. Her kindness, patience and genuine love for animals made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. Michelle kept me informed, helped guide me through everything that needed to be done, and took such care in arranging the transportation and bringing my beautiful rescue cat safely to me in the UK. You could truly see that this wasn’t just a job for her — she genuinely cared about the welfare and comfort of my cat. The transportation was excellent. The vehicle was spacious, clean and comfortable, and I had complete peace of mind knowing my rescue was being looked after every step of the journey. After already rescuing one cat from Saudi Arabia, I knew how important it was to have someone trustworthy and compassionate to help with the journey — and Michelle was exactly that. My second rescue is now safely home and part of our family, and I’m so grateful to Michelle and the whole team for helping make this possible. ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support, love and dedication. You made such a special journey even more memorable. Stop your research and go with this company. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Adnan and Samin were nothing short of spectacular for both of my big dogs and myself while transporting us from London to Dunkirk. Each of them went far beyond expectations, both overdelivering to ensure we were happy and comfortable for the entire trip. We spent a lot of time looking at different pet transport services bring my daughter’s dog and cat from the US to the UK via France. Saeed was prompt and communicated with us about the whole process. He checked the paperwork for the pets and made sure everything was in order and handled the border control process for us.
